          San Francisco Fire Department.

          You are hereby notified that hereafter all Relief or Substitute Engineers in Engine Companies, before being allowed to take charge and operate the engine, must report to the Acting Superintendent of Engines, Battalion Chief Gorter, for examination as to qualifications for such duty.
